We're almost at the end of the year and what a big year it has been! Are you feeling totally exhausted? This time of the year can be challenging for many, we hope you are able to take some time out to rest, recover and reset for the new year.
It's important to take care of yourself and your mental health during the holidays. Decrease your stress by talking to a friend, moving your body by going for a walk or visiting the local pool, journaling your thoughts, feelings and to-do lists, following a guided journal, or trying some mindfulness activities such as colouring, doodling or doing a puzzle, as well as making sure you get enough sleep.

Australia Post can be busy and unpredictable at this time of year, so we recommend Express Post for all Christmas orders within Australia to avoid disappointment.

Holiday Closing Dates:
Our warehouse will be closed from Friday 23rd Dec - Monday 9th January. All orders placed during this time will be shipped from Tuesday 10th of January. Allow 2-3 business days once we open for your order to ship. If you'd like to have your orders for the holidays, make sure you get them in before 9am AEST Friday 23rd of December!
